Zeta Compliance Services are part of Zeta Compliance Group plc. Zeta Compliance Group plc provides products, services and technologies to enable organisations to ensure that they systematically meet their Environmental, Health and Safety obligations.

The Group delivers a number of compliance services in the areas of water hygiene (Legionella), air quality, carbon and energy compliance management, fire risk management and business continuity. With employees distinguished by their technical expertise combined with the adoption of innovative technology the Group is able to provide a full range of inspection, testing and consultancy that addresses Health, Safety and Environmental concerns across a number of compliance areas.

The Group is built up of three subsidiary companies namely Zeta Compliance Services, Zeta Compliance Technologies and the recently acquired business The Fire Strategy Company. Zeta Compliance Services started trading as Fineapply in 1997, until the company decided to change its name in Autumn 2010. Zeta Compliance Services (formerly Fineapply) started out by carrying out Risk Assessment and Monitoring services in respect of water and air hygiene.  

In 2004, the Directors of Zeta Compliance Services realised how they and their customers could benefit from emerging developments in mobile and web based technology and formed Zeta Compliance Technologies Limited to create the software and operating infrastructure for Zeta Compliance Services to improve the productivity and assurance of its compliance processes for itself and its clients. ZetaSafe® has now become the market leading web based solution for accurately and efficiently capturing, storing and analysing data obtained from routine testing of assets in field, with clients from all industry sectors enjoying the cost and environmental benefits it delivers. 

Working with worldwide organisations of all sizes, from privately owned companies to the public sector, and the Group’s long and successful track record with customers and clients has enabled the Group to extend its services into several new areas of compliance. 

Early 2010 saw the introduction of the Group’s carbon and energy division. Building on Zeta's leading compliance solutions, the Group’s Carbon division provides clients with the ability to comply with the growing level of legislation in the area of carbon, energy and sustainability, including legislation surrounding the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC). The Group’s Carbon division also provide technical and strategic consultancy services to clients, with services addressing Energy/Carbon Management, including Air Conditioning Inspections, Energy Performance Certificates and a full range of Energy Management Consultancy Services.

The Group’s planned strategy along with the belief that there is an opportunity to accelerate growth through acquiring and consolidating a number of businesses led to the recent acquisition of The Fire Strategy Company. The acquisition of The Fire Strategy Company has enabled the Group to extend its expertise beyond the areas of air quality, water hygiene (Legionella) and carbon and energy compliance management in which it currently operates in. The Fire Strategy Company means the Group can now offer a strategic level service covering all aspects of fire risk management, including Fire Engineering, Fire and Risk Management as well as Business Continuity Planning and Exercising. 

The Group is now in a position to supply most of the statutory areas of compliance required by its clients as well as extend the capabilities of its propriety software, ZetaSafe.
