Crisis Media Coaching
With media coverage increasing via a range of mediums including the internet, television and more traditional formats, news items are becoming ever more instantly accessible to large audiences. It is therefore essential that organisations are sufficiently prepared to communicate via and with the media in a crisis quickly and effectively, and with confidence.
Zeta offers essential practice and coaching for those who may be asked to provide a comment via a range of media channels.
Zeta’s crisis media coaching will provide:
- Information on how the media works in a crisis
- Examples of what not to do
- Details of the stages of a crisis and the changing press agenda
- The structure and messages within a crisis press release
- Instructions of how to manage the press before, during and after a crisis
- Practice at being interviewed on camera
The course is applicable to those within a variety of positions within the company, including the CEO, MDs and general and departmental managers. Zeta has worked with a range of industries including airlines, food and drink manufacturers, retail and leisure and hospitality organisations. The course is CPD certified and delegates will be provided with course notes and copies of the presentation.
